The Concept
Corazon is a fictional restaurant concept shaped by the meeting point of Mexican and Italian tables. The menu moves between handmade pastas, masa, roasted chiles, bright herbs, and coastal California produce.
The room is designed to feel collected rather than decorated: linen, clay, olive branches, candlelight, and the easy generosity of a neighborhood restaurant with destination-level detail.
Signature Dishes
Sweet corn, cotija crema, brown butter, lime leaf, and toasted chile dust.
Hand-rolled masa dumplings with salsa macha, pecorino, and market herbs.
Cactus, heirloom tomato, fresh cheese, basil oil, and hibiscus salt.
Cara cara orange, whipped mascarpone, toasted pepita, and sea salt.
Private Dining
Corazon hosts intimate celebrations, chef's table dinners, brand events, and family-style private menus designed around the season. The fictional private dining program is built for warm hospitality and understated luxury.
